Life - A Painting

Life is a Painting! Do you agree?

Can a 'Human Life' be compared to a 'Painting', where we can use different 'life activities' as colours and their shades to make our lives more colourful, beautiful and meaningful?

Yes, in a way, we can. And there are many similarities between them.

As colours and their different shades are very important in creating a 'Painting', 'life activities' are very important in making our own 'Life' more beautiful and meaningful.

If the painter is responsible for creating a beautiful and meaningful 'Painting', then here, each one of us is responsible in making our own 'Life' beautiful and meaningful.

As the painter has the full freedom for what he creates, we also have the full freedom to live our own life as we wish.

And lastly, painter gets only one chance to create his most beautiful and meaningful painting. We also get only one chance, our full lifespan, to make our lives beautiful and meaningful.

An additional point to note is, the painter does the initial sketching for his painting himself, where as the sketching of our childhood life is done by others, for which we have no control. It's only after we grown up into a matured individual that we start adding colours and their shades to our life with our life activities. And they are nothing but all our daily activities whether speech or actions, involving self or others.

This is how we can compare our 'Life' to a 'Painting'? The painter takes his own time to create his beautiful painting whereas we have our full life span to complete our painting. The major difference being, our lifespan is quite unpredictable.

And finally, I am the painter creating my own 'Life - A Painting'
